These terms apply when you use the Forge app ("Forge"). Forge is provided by LUX GENUS CORP LTD, trading as Lux.TekPro, 102 Acre Street, Denton, Manchester M34 2AL, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: lux.tekpro@luxgenus.com.
By using Forge you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
Forge creates a profile for you with a display name and a Forge ID. Keep your device secure; you're responsible for activity on your profile. Most of your data is stored on your device, so uninstalling the app or clearing its storage can permanently remove it. You can delete your account at any time in the app under More → Delete Account.
Forge, including its AI coaches Sindri and Brokkr, gives general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor, dietitian or qualified trainer. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or diet programme, especially if you're pregnant, injured or have a medical condition. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Always use your own judgement, and check food scans, barcode results and calorie estimates yourself, particularly if you have allergies.
Codes can be redeemed once, have no cash value and can't be exchanged or resold. We may cancel codes that were obtained or used fraudulently. Referral or affiliate payouts, where offered, follow the separate terms agreed with that affiliate.
When you post, chat or interact with others, don't:
You can report posts in the app. We may remove content, pause your ability to post, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
You own what you post. By posting to the community feed you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and show it to other Forge users for as long as it's on Forge. Deleting a post or your account removes it from the feed.
Some features rely on other services, such as Google Firebase and Gemini, Google Play, the App Store, weather and map providers, and music or video services you choose to connect. Their own terms apply to them, and we aren't responsible for their availability.
Forge's design, code, name and logo belong to us. You may use the app for your own personal use (or, with Trainer Mode, to work with your clients), but you may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.
We work to keep Forge running and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and features may change, pause or be removed over time.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, for loss of data stored only on your device, or for business losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Forge in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms as Forge changes; the date at the top always shows the current version, and we'll tell you in the app about important changes. You can stop using Forge and delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer laws and can bring claims in your local courts.
